In a possible pursuit to go viral, a 25-year-old man’s life was cut short leaving the TikTok community both shocked and bewildered. According to reports, on November 10 an unnamed man climbed up to the cargo portion of a truck without the driver knowing and proceeded to dance on top of it. The man then hit a bridge on the highway and sustained serious injuries. Houston Fire Department paramedics transported him to the Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center where he was pronounced dead. Houston Police Department spokesperson Jodi Silva said the man was possibly recording himself at the time of the incident but doesn’t know for sure. Footage of the man dancing was uploaded by Grizzy’s Hood News where it went viral. Meanwhile, TikTokers are speaking out, urging others not to try stunts like this in order to become big on social media. “We don’t realize the power and influence that an app like this does,” TikToker ‘jea_777’ explained. “Just do we can get a little likes, a little couple hearts or shares. Is your life worth it?” The TikToker went on to say that a lot of people will do things like this for a dopamine hit and offered his prayers for the man and his family. So far, there’s no word on who the man was or what his account was, but the investigation is ongoing.

When ordering any delivery, whether it’s an Amazon package or food from DoorDash, the customer is always risking that it just may never get delivered. Another outcome could be that it was delivered but later stolen. And that’s exactly what recently happened to one DoorDash customer. Though their food was delivered and handled well, the DoorDash driver, who wasn’t really a DoorDash driver, stole a random package on the customer’s doorstep — he was later arrested. Disguised DoorDash driver denies any theft to authorities On October 31, a DoorDash customer contacted the police in Jonesboro, Arkansas, to report that someone had stolen the package on their front porch. The camera attached to the customer’s home showed that it was the man who delivered their DoorDash order, Nathanial James Rollie. In the footage provided to authorities, Rollie is seen putting the food on the porch and running back to his pickup truck after picking up the package delivered to the customer’s doorstep. What’s more, Rollie wasn’t even a registered DoorDash delivery driver. He actually delivered the food order on behalf of his girlfriend. And though he denied any theft to detectives, Rollie is currently awaiting his time in circuit court on December 28 and is now free on a $7,500 bond. Rollie has not yet commented on his arrest. It is also still unknown what exactly was in the package and if the DoorDash customer ever received it back or not.

In a video that has received over 2.5 million views, Darkmoore said he had a ringing in his ear due to a long-term condition he had known as tinnitus. As a result, he says he decided to visit a chiropractor as it was a more affordable option than going to a doctor since he didn’t have medical insurance – or so he thought. He revealed that the CT scan showed no damage to their head or brain, just their neck. I gave him the price difference,” Johnson said. “He came around the corner, he hit me on the side of my face really hard.” Eventually, the customer threw a drink and grabbed the employee’s hair, escalating the situation further and forcing Johnson to defend himself with a pair of tongs. “I snapped. I went into protective mode for myself because I know that I didn’t do anything wrong to this man,” he explained. “I’m looking to press charges on the mall because you guys pay for security. On July 10, police were called to a cinema in Broward County, Florida, after a man was attacked by a stranger after asking him and his date to move out of his pre-booked seat in the cinema. According to a release from the Broward Sheriff’s Office, the unknown man didn’t like the victim’s request and began “aggressively getting in the victim’s face.” Police said in a press release: “Broward Sheriff’s Office Violent Crimes Unit detectives are releasing video of the moment a night at the movies turned violent in hopes of identifying the subject responsible for a callous attack. The point of contention? The theater seats. “The 63-year-old victim, an adult male, told BSO Violent Crimes Unit detectives that shortly before 9:56 p.m., on Monday, July 10, he arrived with his wife at the movie theater located at 2315 N. Federal Highway in Pompano Beach. The victim had purchased VIP tickets that included advance seating for a film. The subject is seen standing above the 63-year-old victim repeatedly punching him in the face until witnesses rushed to the victim’s aid and pulled the subject off him. Unfortunately, the victim could not stay to watch the film as he was transported to a local hospital with several injuries to his head and face, according to the sheriff’s office. Despite getting clear images of the attacker and his date, police have yet to identify the couple. The sheriff’s office is asking members of the public with information regarding the man’s identity to contact them. According to The Smoking Gun, cops received a 911 call from customers at a Kum & Go about a man who had allegedly made sexual comments to them and then began touching himself inappropriately. When police arrived, the man had already come and gone, but they canvassed the area with “multiple subjects” from the area identifying 54-year-old Kenneth Lee Kelly as the man they were looking for. Cops find man who allegedly exposed himself at Kum & Go The police eventually showed up at Kelly’s home and discovered that his clothing matched the man who was spotted on surveillance video. A search warrant turned up the clothes and Kelly himself showed cops a hat that was an “identical match” to the one worn by the suspect at the gas station. Not only that, but victims were able to pick Kelly out from a photo lineup. Following this, on November 16, Keller was arrested and booked in jail for indecent exposure. Kelly’s prior convictions include felony theft, driving without a license along with possession of narcotics. Despite the evidence, Kelly says he’s innocent and this is just a giant misunderstanding. When questioned by the cops, he reportedly said he was “scratching his genitals” and not exposing himself. This isn’t the first time Kum & Go has made headlines. The man, identified only by his tag jettiki, was appearing as part of twomad’s stream, when he was challenged to climb on the statue of Abraham Lincoln at the Lincoln Memorial and throw a bottle above the head of the statue, and catch it. While in the process, the man was spotted by what appears to be police, and was placed in handcuffs for the stunt. Man arrested for climbing on Lincoln Memorial During his April 21 broadcast, twomad and his large group of guests convinced jettiki to climb up the statue at the Lincoln memorial, and throw a bottle he had into his possession high into the air, with the aim being that the bottle would rise above the head of the Lincoln statue and jettiki would catch it. The man successfully threw and caught the bottle twice, with those who were part of twomad’s Twitch stream encouraging him to throw it higher as he stood on the historic monument. After catching the bottle the second time, the man can be heard apologising to someone off screen, repeating “I’m sorry” as two officers approached him, and grabbed him. The man begged the officers while apologizing, who seemed uniterested in his grovelling as they placed him in handcuffs. Jettiki can then be heard promising that he will not attempt to run away as they sat him on the ground, still pleading with the officers that he meant no harm. Why did police arrest the man, and what could happen to him? Over the years, many protesters have scaled the statue of Abraham Lincoln and used it as a way to spread their message, usually in an act of defiance against the government. With Abraham Lincoln viewed as one of, if not the greatest presidents the United States has ever had, many would view Jettiki’s actions as extremely disrespectful. It’s likely viewed by law enforcement as criminal trespassing, as an Indianapolis man was arrested with this charge back in 2014 for a similar stunt at a Soldiers’ and Sailor’s Monument. Knowing his cat’s life was at stake, he continued until he reached the nearest vet… but he didn’t make it into the doors in time. He was quickly apprehended by officers, who tased him, all while Butler pleaded with them in an attempt to explain the situation with his cat. Luckily, a vet was at the scene and managed to retrieve the cat and treat it for its spasms. That wasn’t the only lucky break Butler managed to catch in the hairy situation. While he initially faced reckless driving charges, a judge overseeing the case understood Butler’s panic and had them dropped — but he still had to pay a $375 fine, as reported by crazed. According to reports, TikToker Rory Teasley was strangled by his boyfriend, Docquen Jovo Watkins, on January 6. Officers were called to an apartment in Pontiac, a suburb of Detroit, after Watkins called 9-11 to report he and Teasley had gotten into a fight. ClickOnDetoit says that officers found Teasley unconscious and took him to a hospital where he was pronounced dead. Police say that the two were playing Overwatch and got into a fight over the game, though it’s unclear what the dispute was about. Things escalated from there with Watkins allegedly choking his partner to death. Watkins has since been charged with homicide and a court hearing for a probable cause interference is scheduled for January 18. “We see far too often across the country these days when people resort to violence over trivial and insignificant disagreements,” Oakland County Sheriff Michael Bouchard said in a statement to ClickOnDetroit. “There is never a reason where violence is acceptable over a disagreement. Those who do so will be held accountable.” Prior to his death, Teasley had made a name for himself on TikTok posting dance and comedic videos for his 200,000 followers and had millions of views on his channel. However, property records show that their parents still own it. What started with disbelief led to an escalating series of slurs and harassment to the point where, according to those in the video, the man in question was standing outside the In-N-Out waiting for them to leave. This video and other social media posts led to the man being arrested for two counts of committing a hate crime. Viral TikTok captures man hurling “racist slurs” at In-N-Out The TikTokers weren’t sure how to take the comment at first and seemed bewildered by the interaction. Things only got worse from there. After a short time, the man in question returned and asked, “Are you Japanese or Korean?” followed by saying that the man on the left (named Elliot in the video) was “Kim Jong-Un’s boyfriend” and that he “had gay s*x with him.” Elliot tried to brush it off and make jokes about the situation. “Honestly, for eating the Flying Dutchman, I kind of feel like I deserve to be hate crimed.” He continued to try to make light of the situation. The man then threatened to spit in Elliot’s face, called himself a “slave master,” and walked out the door, saying, “see you outside in a minute.” When someone went to check on the TikTokers, Elliot replied, “I’m chillin’, don’t worry.” The video captured the two sitting uncomfortably for the next minute or so as the man stared at them from outside the restaurant. This TikTok went viral across multiple social media platforms until it got the attention of Chief Denton Carlson, a police officer within San Ramon, the very same city where the incident occurred. Various photos of the individual and his vehicle were spread across Twitter, helping to track him down, and leading to his arrest for his actions in the video. The man was arrested and booked for two counts of committing a hate crime, as stated in a press release from the San Ramon Police Department.

An onlooker within the store recorded the man as he climbed the stairs near the pond and dove in. Although the footage quality is poor, it still showcases the man diving in and confronting police. Bass Pro Shops havoc ensues as naked man cannonballs into pond The clip, posted via TMZ, shows the man jumping into the pond while first responders try to get him to leave. As the police make their way towards the man while he hangs off the side of the pond glass, he slides out and falls to the ground below. The 42-year-old briefly clutches his head before eventually being detained by police. Users beneath the post criticized how the man’s apprehension was handled, saying that the man’s mental health and injury weren’t taken into consideration by the police. On September 21, Marsh pleaded no contest to second-degree murder before Midland County Circuit Court Judge Michael Beale. The previous charges of first-degree murder and child abuse were dropped. He will later be sentenced on November 16, 2023, and serve a minimum of 13 and a half years in prison. Despite Marsh’s daughter’s death, the prosecution team does not believe he intentionally killed his daughter. Man will serve a minimum of 13 and a half years in prison for suffocating daughter According to Midland Daily News, Marsh allegedly placed a four-pound blanket on his six-month-old daughter, Scarlett, on the night of May 17, 2022. This act contributed to her death by asphyxiation while he supposedly was playing video games. “This was an extremely sad case and extremely unfortunate,” said Midland County Prosecutor J. Dee Brooks. “We did feel the defendant lacked the maturity and ability to provide adequate childcare.” On May 17, 2022, Marsh drove his then-wife Isabelle to work for her 10 PM to 6 AM shift. Isabelle recalled how the baby wasn’t in the car when Marsh picked her up the following day. After coming home, she discovered her lifeless child lying in her crib and initially thought she was sick. Following Marsh’s arrest, investigators noticed several “inconsistencies” relating to the order of events. For instance, Marsh claimed that he checked the crib at some point during the night. However, he’d later retract that statement in a follow-up interview. This isn’t the only video game-related crime that’s involved children as of late. For example, a woman shot her 17-year-old son several times in the heat of an argument about a video game console. Fortunately, the child survived the multiple gunshot wounds.

Blunt force injuries were thought to be the cause, but a toxicology report has revealed more details. How did Maleesa Mooney die? After coroners examined Mooney’s body, they found that the model had contusions, lacerations, and abrasions on the upper portion of her body. While the blunt force injuries suggest that “she was likely involved in a violent physical altercation prior to her death,” they were not severe enough to be the sole cause. The cause of Mooney’s death has been labeled as “homicidal violence,” while the report also suggested that she might have been asphyxiated. Despite this, coroners were unable to find any strangulation marks around her neck. In terms of who committed the crime, there are currently no suspects in custody. An unknown man, however, was seen entering the building on September 7, using Mooney’s key to let himself in.

Major Twitch update splits viewers with controversial new layout TwitchTwitch has rolled out a significant new browser layout on the desktop version of the streaming site. While some have praised it for its benefits, others don’t like the new navigation, and even accused it of being a method to show more ads – which Twitch has refuted. Despite being over 10 years old since the Justin.tv days, Twitch’s desktop experience has remained largely unchanged throughout that time – a sign of great design to start with. There have of course been updates, such as improved chat appearance and better stream quality, but the navigation of the site has always remained fairly similar. This changed on June 21, when a new browser layout was introduced. When browsing through a game’s directory, the most popular stream in the category will autoplay at the top, taking up over 50% of the screen space. It will display chat on the right-hand side, and after a minute or so, the stream will pause, giving you the option to ‘go to stream’ directly, or go ‘next’ to see the next most popular stream. Twitch update proves divisive Streamer Lowco praised the new layout for boosting discoverability – something that smaller creators argue has been lacking. Because you can now see a preview of the stream before committing, it might encourage viewers to check out a new channel more often. In the announcement, he pointed to social media — which he dubbed a “plague” — as a big reason for his shocking decision. “I have decided to fully move back to New York and leave this content life,” the star wrote. “I’ve been thinking about this for a longgg [sic] time, and I know this may come as a surprise, but for me it really isn’t… I think it’s very overdue.” Kelsey, who founded The Mob alongside Classify, Avalanche, and Froste, admitted he “does not want to be a content creator” anymore. “I’m done pretending I’m okay, when I’m not. This is the lowest I’ve been… all I want is genuine happiness and I will not find that here. I love Classy, Froste, Ava… [and] they deserve someone who is going to grind every day.” The Mob has been together for more than three years as a content group, after originally meeting through the MLG forums. One commentator was Chess grandmaster Alejandro Ramírez who claimed: “I don’t think that he cheated in the Sinquefield Cup. I think that a lot of the things that are going around just aren’t true at all.” However, immediately following Ramírez’s comments and merely 3 moves into the match, Carlsen’s webcam turned off and the hosts announced Carlsen had “resigned” from the match. The panel were understandably blown away by the “huge” move from Carlsen before Niemann also disappeared from the screen. According to them, this was a form of protest from the five-time World Chess Champion with Ramírez claiming that Carlsen “knows something we don’t” so should make an official statement as to whether he believes Niemann cheated.
